Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This ranch house is perfect for corporate events, family events, filming and photo shoots. The 3455 sq ft home sits on 5.7 acres with 150 of River front. There is a 9 hole disc golf course on the property, along with a volleyball court, 2 basketball hoops, a tetherball and a playground set. Perfect location to get away from the city.

Electrical system description
There are numerous 110v outlets through out the inside and outside of the property, including along the gate that parallels the street. There is a 220v outlet in the garage, and there is also one in the laundry room. The main breaker is located on the side of the house.
