House rules: • SHOES MUST BE OFF at all times, upon entering or wear shoe covers (booties) that we provide. If the talent needs shoes for the shots, please wipe down or bring an additional pair. • A Host will be on cite throughout your booking to assure any assistance is needed. • An advance notice must be requested if bedroom is needed in your shoot so we can best accommodate your needs. NO shoes in bedroom! • Absolutely no smoking marijuana, cigarettes or alcohol consumption, in the studio or anywhere in the building - Any smoking will result in an $500 fee and an automatic non-refundable cancellation. Smoke machines for visual effects are okay. • NO playing extremely loud music and NO excessive stomping on the floors. This is a residential studio and must respect the neighbors • Overtime is charged by 30 min increments at a 1.5x rate. • NO confetti, glitter, feather or anything similar should be used. It will result in a HIGHER cleaning fee. • BE ON TIME. Your reservation must include all the time you need to set up, shoot, clean up, and vacate the studio. You cannot enter the studio early, and you’re expected to vacate your studio no later than the time your reservation ends. • Leave the space in the same condition that you found it, be sure to place all trash in the trash bin, and treat the space as a professional work environment. • Any excess or penalty fees will show up as an overtime charge.
