About the Space
Our 7,500 square-foot studio is perfectly suited for photography. Our 240 sq. ft freight elevator opens to the street making access in and out a snap. We'd love to host your next lifestyle shoot, magazine shoot, product shoot and more! The space includes a full high-end kitchen, three refrigerators, two distinct shooting bays. Three bathrooms (one with shower), powerful heating and cooling (to change temperatures very quickly) and uber fast internet round out our features. Of course the centerpiece of the space is its beautiful design which has won multiple international architecture awards. Come on by and see for yourself.

Parking description
Parking is plentiful. We have a 32 car lot (free), plenty of free street parking and plenty of metered street parking. Valet parking is available for additional fee.

Every window has translucent blinds. The space can be blacked out (additional fees may apply).

Ambient noise description
The neighborhood is quiet but the space is 'bright' from a sound perspective. The HVAC is audible.

Load in and out is a snap. A massive freight elevator opens to the street and directly into the space.

The space has industrial strength 220 amp service with (2) 30 amp spider boxes. Outlets throughout each have a dedicated 15 amp circut.

General Rules
This is a no-smoking property.
We require a Certificate of Insurance.
Any use of alcohol must be pre-approved.
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.

We require a COI for productions. Under certain specific circumstances, we can make exceptions.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Everything can be moved as long as it is returned to its original position.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The large size of our space is advantageous for distancing. We have windows that open to create a cross breeze. Our HVAC is double the recommended size and tonnage to insure above average air flow. We have additional portable state-of-the-art air cleaner.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Such a great space! Mark was so accommodating from before the shoot date all the way through wrap. Demetrius was the best of the best, so kind and made sure we were well taken care of...just a great guy...thank you Mark, thank you Demetrius!
