Guests MUST clear out the refrigerator/freezer upon checkout.
Please be sure to wash all dishes before departing your amazing stay. All dishes MUST be cleaned and put away. Unwashed dishes will result in a $30.00 fee.
GUESTS MUST REMOVE THEIR TRASH from the site upon checkout. There will be a fee of $25 per bag of trash if left behind. We highly recommend bringing a large trash bag to consolidate and compile your garbage. TO DUMP YOUR TRASH you can dump your trash at the below address, it's two miles away and it's free. Here is the address: 41970 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake CA 92315.
Due to allergies there are NO PETS allowed on the premises. You will be charged a $250 additional fee if you choose to violate this rule.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our cleaning crew is Haz Mat Certified and COVID-19 Clean Up Trained.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
