Approx 22 spaces in front of the building as well as tons of adjacent parking from neighboring businesses available after hours on weekdays and all weekend.

14x12' glass roll-up garage door with ability to darken the space. Glass door faces north giving it soft daylight all day long. Glass is diffused for extra soft look. The glass door can be completely blacked out during daylight hours by putting out. We have several 4x8' V-Flats that are white one on side and black on the other

You can hear loud exhaust from vehicles passing occasionally. All internal noises can be shut down. With sound-absorbing moveable walls, sound blankets for the floor and overhead sound absorbing material, the sound can be controlled inside the studio.

Ground Floor

There is a parking area in front of the large front roll up door that faces the parking lot

Dressing room and conference room available as a green room on the ground floor. Also an upstairs studio can be used to hold additional people.

The residence and hair salon connected to the building in the back where the owner, his wife, and their 3 dogs live.

Power is phase 1 with 200 amp breaker; all circuits are 20 amp commercial circuits. There are approx 20 outlets in the studio/dressing room area. Circuit breaker is in the office space on other side of wall from studio room behind the green tiled wall at the front desk of the photography office.

No portrait or headshot photo shoots allowed. Eye Wander Photo (owner) provides these services, so you can hire us directly to do those types of photo shoots. No smoking inside building Outside catering and alcohol is allowed but must be approved by the owner. No dragging objects across the white polished floor. Chairs/tables/linens can be rented separately. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS No glitter or confetti can be used. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Do not drag across white polished floor to prevent marks on the floor. You can also pick It up and move It into the office, but It must be returned to its original space after the shoot is finished.
