- Black box theater like set up - Versatile space for music videos, photo shoots, rehearsal, bachelorette parties, and private events - 10 aerial rig points 13 ft. for lyra, silks, hammock, pole, etc. spaced out 6x9ft per point 1,000 lbs beam weight load - All equipment movable for open black box space - 1200 sq. feet of floating dance floor with padding underneath (19 ft. x 55 ft.) - Track lighting with dimming capabilities, and hue LED colored lights lining the sides (can be set to white or color) - Custom sound system with bluetooth adaptor - Private bathroom - 3 ladders of various heights needed for space - Multiple power outlets throughout room - Mini fridge for food or beverage storage - AC/Heat with additional Hepa filtered ventilation when desired

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Masks required by all additional staff beyond performers being shot, 6 x 9 ft. of space between every rigging point, touchless thermometer and hand sanitizing dispensor, HEPA filters and maintained AC/heat for ventilation, clean towels and rubbing alcohol provided, all equipment and high touch areas such as door handles lights etc. cleaned with rubbing alcohol, separate crates for each individuals belongings, additional hand sanitizer on site and in bathrooms, floor steam cleaned for sterile use between rentals, no shared equipment.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
