This is a perfect location in a quiet neighborhood for photography, music videos, commercial shoots, movie and television location shoots, etc. Located minutes from Culver City and minutes from DTLA. This open floor plan home has no shortage of natural light. Spectacular view of the Hollywood sign from the street. House is very modern, professionally styled but maintains warmth and comfort. All windows are double pane for sound proofing. Ample street parking is available and long driveway can also be used if needed. There is a large, private yard lined with privacy trees and a long driveway that can hold 5-6 cars. There is also a large deck with a pergola in the backyard along with a parking pad in front of the garage. My home has 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, featuring an open floor plan with an oversized living and dining room and a enormous chef's grade kitchen. The interior of the house is ~2000 sq. ft (all flooring is either hardwood or stone) and the entire property is ~7,000 sq. ft. Centrally located in Baldwin Hills Estates and minutes from Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Culver City, Downtown LA and LAX. For event rentals only the backyard is available for small gatherings. Health and Safety Measures
All surfaces will be disinfected prior to bookings. However, all productions will be expected to bring all necessary disinfectants, cleaning materials, hand wipes, paper towels, masks, and other protective gear to protect crew and casts, as well as cleaning procedures after the production ends to disinfect the space. For larger shoots with more than a few people there will be a cleaning fee between $200-300 depending on crew size.
