All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

We had a great shoot here. Thank you! Parking signs outside (and this was no fault of the hosts, just good to know) are a bit misleading, just be careful to read all the signs in the neighborhood thoroughly!

Yes, I would book again.

Great location, perfect for our product video shoot which required a bright and modern space, lots of room and depth of field throughout. Parking is HUGE and the exterior space is a great look with the PNW vibe. Hosts are awesome, would highly recommend this space for your shoot.
