Our space was intentionally designed to enhance any subject within. The loft is readily available for photoshoots, small video sessions, meetings, small private dinners, and much more. With the unobstructed natural light, light wood floors, collaborations with local artist, inclusive paper drops, and more, the space is designed to be an ever changing atmosphere which allows everyone the opportunity to create something new every time they return. Location: Located in the easily accessible warehouse district in downtown Houston, TX, our studio is surrounded by art galleries, original exposed brick/wood beams, a beautiful downtown view, and incredible food close by for after session meetings or lunch breaks. After photographing in the beautifully lit space, take a stroll around the surrounding area for supplemental photos. Amenities: •Comfortably sized powder room that can accommodate a make-up/hair station •Meeting area with an AppleTV •Bluetooth sound •Full kitchen with refrigerator and stove •Wardrobe hanger •Steamer •Iron •Working shower •Lighting modifiers, light stands, paper backdrop, muslin, reflectors, high/low key flats. •WALL TO WALL WINDOWS FOR INCREDIBLE BALANCED LIGHT •Beautiful surrounding exterior in a well preserved portion of downtown Houston. Additional Services Take advantage of our wonderful Hair & Make-Up partners who can start your clients off before you arrive. You have the option of having them come to the studio and stay for the whole shoot, or simply have your client meet them at their studio close by. As every client is unique to their own preference in style, we recommend they reach out to each brand directly to see who they may be most comfortable with. ***PLEASE NOTE, in order to keep from a cleaning fee add-on, each renter MUST return the space as found. Failure to do so with trash, un-returned furnishings, or other will automatically result in a CLEANING CHARGE OF $100.*** *** DUE TO COVID-19, changes to number of participants, cancellations, or new protocols can be established at any time. This is to ensure the safety of everyone who uses the space, our neighbors, and of ourselves.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
