Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Each visitor is required to keep space sanitized before leaving the area used.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

We offer an array of services for everyone. Whether you are in need of professional photos, have a great story to tell but need a company to bring it to life , looking to record audio for voice over projects, or need custom apparel such as T-shirts, face masks, and custom socks for your small business, family reunion, and even just a gift to self or for a love one. We also offer competitive memberships and hourly rentals providing access to our photography, film and audio recording studio for all content creators.

It’s a Controlled studio lighting. Windows are only in the front custom apparel area.

For the most part you can’t hear outside noises nor neighbors. We also have a back area audio recording and editing suite that has sound proofing.

Only the photography and film studio is avail for shooting. The front is off limits as well as the video editing suite unless rented.

General Rules

No smoking in the building, no firearms, no drugs.Outside catering is allowed.Accountability and responsibility of your clients, please ensure that your clients cooperate within policies and procedures. Leaving a client or nonmember in the studio without member's supervision is prohibited.If you turn them on, you turn them off. In certain cases you may be leaving while another member is still using the facility in that manner you are able to notify the member that you are leaving and they need to make sure to turn off the lights. Please remember if you are the last member in the studio it is your responsibility to make sure the studio is in a safe manner before you leave. We practice the leave home checklist: Water faucet is off? Lights off? Candles are out? TV is off and Doors are locked.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
