Look no further as we have you covered in the most cultured district of the entire Bay Area in the heart of the beautiful Mission district! We have hosted events ranging from birthday parties to album releases to speed dating sessions to game night! We are a team of experienced event planners who can support you to execute your event to it's full potential. Feel free to ask us how you can enhance your event to stand out from the rest! Since our studio is located underground, being able to control light will be at the palm of your hands! You are more than welcome to use our white seamless background equipped with C stands, continuous lighting (GVM), light reflectors, clothing rack, extension cords, and more at NO ADDITIONAL COST. While the office is fully furnished, we are willing to assist you for clearing and arranging the studio to fit your needs. Furniture can be cleared out if arranged ahead of time. More of a visual person and need to preview before booking? No problem, we one of the very few hosts to give you a chance to view the area prior to your booking! We promise to be the most supportive hosts who will respond to your needs within minutes so you will never be alone! As long as you are happy, we are happy. There is an additional 24 inch monitor with speaker on the conference table set with HDMI cords for computer projection. Other great amenities include hi-speed Wi-Fi, commercial AC/heater, Bluetooth speaker with sub-woofer, vinyl player, water dispenser with hot and cold water, hand washing sink, ping-pong table, classic games (Cards Against Humanity, Jenga, Connect 4) and more. The office space is accessible via public transportation being about a 10 minute walk to BART - either 24th St. station or 16th St. station. If you don't feel comfortable taking BART, you can find an Uber or Lyft anywhere across San Francisco as they typically will take 5 minutes or less to come to you. Feeling more adventurous? Valencia street is one of the most bike friendly place in the world with bike lanes everywhere in the streets. In a prime location on Valencia street, you can explore the beautiful art and culture of the area with book stores, bike shops, local thrift stores, vinyl record shops, and new age coffee shops. Hungry? The Mission district has a lot to offer from of the best salads (Souvla), cheesesteaks (Jay's Cheesesteak), pizza and baked goods (Arizmendi Bakery), cookies (Anthony's Cookies), ice cream (Smitten) and the best burrito in the universe (La Taqueria). Food is more than welcome to be brought into the space as long as it is cleaned up and disposed of properly. Had rented out the space for a client mixology mixer holiday event for a few hours and it was a hit. The space is huge and contemporary. Love the album covers on the wall. Great backdrop for pics and the conference tables were enough to host the mixology course. Definitely going to use the space again in the future for more client team building events. Great location too, close to Bart, close to restaurants and bars, lounges and shops. Can't go wrong with that. Thanks Matt, you are a great host and looking forward to doing more business with you!

Great space for our remote team to get together and work/ hangout. Good internet speeds and comfortable room with shops around for snacks and coffee. The host was prompt in replying and letting us in.

The place is nice for shooting. It needs a clean though. They don't charge a cleaning fee, so I guess it's ok then. Some of the equipment present in the picture wasn't available which made the shooting slightly more complicated. The host was friendly and responds very fast. The overall experience was positive.

The space was great! It has a bunch of different chunks that make great locations. We mainly used just 2 of them and had plenty of space for the total of 10 folks who erre there for our photoshoot
