All our clients MUST complete our studio waiver. We require all clients to sign-in at the start of the rental and sign-out at the end. This determines total rental time, billed according to the latest posted prices. There is no smoking inside the studio but we do have a smoking section is outside. No food or beverages are allowed in any studio without prior approval. Animals are only permitted with prior approval and if they are part of the client’s project. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult parent or guardian. Open flame, fire, or pyrotechnics are prohibited at all times without prior approval. Our facility may not be used for illegal, discriminatory, or pornographic purposes. Nude modeling is allowed. Damage to the cyc wall will result in a minimum $250 damage assessment. Use of loose confetti, glitter, sand, fake blood, or other hard-to-clean-up stuff may result in a cleaning fee up to $150.
