About the Space
A suburban setting in Upper Nyack, this home is set on almost an acre with 2 different outdoor spaces for filming, one with a pond, and one with a swimming pool. There is a fence all the way around the garden, and the house is not overlooked - you cannot see other buildings from the pool area, so it feels very private and secluded.The gardens have been planted with perennials that provide abundant color from April through October. There are mature trees towering above, up to 100 feet tall. The swimming pool is open from May through the end of September.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
