About the Space
Our instructional studio and event warehouse encompasses over 10,000 sq ft of outdoor and indoor space. The outdoor space comes equipped with sound system and turf. The indoor fitness studio has available concept 2 rowers, assault bikes, wall balls, tire, sleds, dumbbells, boxes, kettlebells, rings, weight plates, barbells, and jerk boxes, work/office areas, bathrooms and shower. Pricing is negotiable based on size of production, length of use and intended use.

We can accommodate 2 parking spaces at the space and there are several free street parking options as well as metered street parking options.

Lighting description
The lighting in our indoor space can be controlled by closing the roller door to the open gym and completely blocking out the natural light. The brightest times of the day is from 12p - 2pm. There are no windows in the enclosed pavilion. In the outdoor space, there is patio lighting that runs across the gym and sides for night time shooting.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The space is relatively quiet throughout the day with little background noise. There is an alley adjacent to the property with little to no traffic. There are no loud noises from appliances or AC units. We have decibel meter on sight and noise can be monitored and levels provided if inquired. We are not adjacent to any busy streets or manufacturing. Noise levels are at a minimum throughout the day.

Ground Floor
Equipment loading description
The entrance is ground floor accessed via an alley. There are no loading docks available. The entrance does not require a ramp. There are no loading trucks that would need to be moved. There is a loading zone in the alley and trucks can be pulled up to our entrance and easily unloaded.

Electrical system description
The circuit breaker is accessible and there are several outlets and power strips in both the outdoor and indoor spaces. There are electrical outlets every 6-10 feet in the warehouse pavilion and several in the outdoor space. The circuit breaking is located in the larger warehouse area and is easily accessible. The power rating of the space is unknown but if inquired we can provide that information.

General Rules
No smoking, outside catering, is allowed.
Video and photoshoot production is allowed. We are extremely flexible with crew size and timeframes. Equipment and fixtures can be moved to provide better aesthetics if needed. We have a long history of accommodating both local and national fitness brands in their productions.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Equipment and weights can be moved to provide better access to backdrops and better aesthetics if needed.
Any furniture or walls can be moved and decorated. Equipment can be moved to expose walls and doors can be closed to control light better in the pavilion/indoor space.
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
We have two security cameras that are live upon request but don't record. They stay on.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We clean and sanitize all equipment after each class as well as have hand sanitizer available.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
