Parking description
We have front and rear parking available to the space. The location of the lots is directly adjacent to the building and off of the main street.

Lighting description
There are six fully transparent windows in the space, as well as a floor to ceiling window in located in the rear area (sky lounge) of the space. Each window has retractable opaque shades for blocking out sunlight.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Sound is isolated in the space. Because we're located on the 2nd floor, surrounding noise produced by mild traffic outside and neighboring businesses is extremely minimal.

Equipment loading description
The space has an elevator to transport equipment. Loading trucks can unload directly into the building from the rear. Truck parking is available directly adjacent to the building. We supply an in-house cart for 'wheel-less equipment' transportation.

Electrical system description
There are 2 circuit breakers located in the space. A technical engineer will be available for any questions regarding electrical loads. There are roughly 2 dozen standard 120 outlets throughout the space and a dedicated quad box for DJs/Bands/Misc. performance equipment.

The space is equipped with security cameras at the entrance and in the sky lounge.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
There are 2 sanitizing stations in the front and rear of the space.
The space has 8 tower air purifiers.
Guest lists must be submitted to SE management at least 1 week prior to the scheduled event. Staff will check guests in upon entry.
All guests must wear masks.
All guests must comply to a mandatory temperature check upon entry.
Daily furniture and equipment cleaning and fogging is conducted by a certified outsourced company.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
