We offer optional add-ons like cinematographers, directors, audio engineers, and special effects to meet all your production needs. - Convenience: Private parking (including space for tour buses), easy load-in/out access, a lounge area, kitchenette, and two bathrooms ensure a seamless experience. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: ***Your studio rental time is to include time needed to set-up, rehearse, do hair and make-up, breakdown, etc. Please book the appropriate time you need. No one is allowed to enter the studio more than ten minutes before the actual shoot time.*** ***PLEASE NOTE - Custom lighting production programming is a detailed and time-intensive process that incurs additional costs. If you want custom programming, we require a meeting to discuss this in more detail.*** ***You MUST CONTACT US if you want a custom look, custom lighting programming, custom designs, etc. We will need to discuss these details ahead of time.
