Kelly was great -- very responsive and got on calls with me whenever I needed. The space was perfect for our 55-person conference. We used half the room for breaks/lunch and the other half for the meeting (set up classroom style). We rented the classroom style furniture from Abbey. Lighting was great, AC was working (it was a hot day), and no issues with the Wi-Fi included with the rental. We also used Codi's TVs and had no issue. The only small complaints we had from guests was that the restrooms were hard to find. Also, often times we can hear the delivery carts roll by outside the conference space and it was a little distracting. Overall, we were happy with the space. Will rent again!

The space was exactly as pictured - super clean, comfortable, modern and can accommodate many people and different styles of events. Only thing to be mindful of is most of walls are glass windows, so people can see inside the space. Might be an issue if you are sharing sensitive content during a team offsite but was not an issue for us. Kelly was very quick to respond to all my questions leading up to the event and even day of the rental. Highly recommend!
