space was perfect for our group, we had about 30 people and there was plenty of space for group gatherings and small breakouts. Beautifully furnished and easy to find. Would book again! One thing to note, there's no running water in the space and the bathroom is some distance away (up the escalators, down a few hallways).

Great spacious room that was beautiful, well equipped, and had a great setup! The only note is the bathroom is a small and shared bathroom space located a short walk from the space.

The space was lovely and generally easy to find. The instructions for opening and closing the space were clear and made things go smoothly. It was helpful to have so many extra power cords available. While the tables were beautiful, they were very heavy and took a good bit of effort to move into the set up we needed. It would have been helpful to know that the closest restrooms were on another floor of the building for scheduling purposes. When there was a problem with one of the toilets, in-person and online staff were responsive and helpful. Overall, this was very positive experience and guests loved the space.

This space is very large and has a decently flexible arrangement in terms of moving chairs and tables. Some of the tables are heavy and the space would be better suited with furniture on wheels to maximize more flexible arrangements. Unfortunately, the space is quite distracting as it is on the main level within a shopping center, is all glass paneled walls, the bathroom is not a private restroom, it is public to all others in the shopping center. There was a surprise concert going on during our business meeting for 2.5 hours, the space manager was not informed of the concert, and of course neither were we. We likely would not have booked the space had we been aware. This caused audio issues (space does not have AV equipment like a microphone and speakers, so plan to bring one in case there's external noise competing). Unfortunately no on-site assistance, and the support email took long to respond the day of the event.
