HOURLY RATE The posted price is for a crew of 12 people max including crew & talent. Larger productions are welcome, we just need to discuss details regarding size and pricing. FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success! If you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, or advertising campaigns, please contact us through the message center to discuss details, pricing, and availability. Please include the following: *Total number of crew & talent *Desired date(s) *Exact hours you will need (i.e. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down *Equipment & lighting specs Certain furniture may be moved, please inquire and we will move on your behalf. HOLDS Dates are available on a first book/first serve basis and will not be held without deposit or reservation. SCOUTING We are happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional Tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guests' reservations/productions. OVERTIME All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate per Peerspace's policy. PARKING Parking is limited to the few free spaces in front of the building. If those spaces are full, you will have to use other available spaces further from the building, and walk to the building. There is absolutely NO moving of any equipment through the lobby. If you have equipment that is larger than a brief case or backpack, please discuss with us in advance so we can provide you with temporary access through the garage to bring the necessary equipment up to the unit. There is absolutely NO parking in the Fire Lane in front of the building at any time. NOISE We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Curfew is from 10pm - 7am. CLEANING & DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although you are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. You must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that you tidy up after your visit. You must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and tear-down time in your booking hours. Please take care of our space. Not nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damage (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. A walk through is required before and after all bookings. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES The use of or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. MISCELLANEOUS The is NO smoking allowed in the space period (including balcony & hallways). NO glitter, or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke. If you have special cooking requirements, please discuss with us in advance so we can see if we can accommodate your needs. Full kitchen access can be added for an additional $15 per hour.
