Gold lock on alley gate code: 1124 (2) the other entrance is on Los Angeles St. you’ll see a door that has “1049” above it and it’ll have a number pad the code is (1124) the you got all up to the 3rd floor and you find the single door with the number pad. there’s is a parking lot on 1023 S Los Angeles St. Enter that and parking is $10 - $15 for the whole day. If you’d like to pay for meter parking there’s parking on MAIN, OLYMPIC, 11TH & LOS ANGELES. ( please read the signs posted on the street to avoid “TOWING” & “PARKING TICKETS”. The elevator is on the 11th st alley entrance on the 1st floor so If you need it you’ll go through the 1st floor. We Wipe Down Every Surface After Each Booking Including Door Knobs Chairs And Tables Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
