The address (125 e 11Th St.) there are (2) entrances (1) is in the alley on 11th st for that entrance just unravel the the chains to get in and code to the door with number pad is (1124) you can take the stairs or the elevator. Once on tbe 3rd floor walk passed the bathrooms and make a right down the hall passed the double doors you’ll see double doors with a screen door on it. Gold lock on alley gate code: 1124 (2) the other entrance is on Los Angeles St. you’ll see a door that has “1049” above it and it’ll have a number pad the code is (1124) the you got all up to the 3rd floor and you find the single door with the number pad. there’s is a parking lot on 1023 S Los Angeles St. Enter that and parking is $10 - $15 for the whole day. If you’d like to pay for meter parking there’s parking on MAIN, OLYMPIC, 11TH & LOS ANGELES. ( please read the signs posted on the street to avoid “TOWING” & “PARKING TICKETS”. The elevator is on the 11th st alley entrance on the 1st floor so If you need it you’ll go through the 1st floor. (MAKE SURE YOU LOCK THE DOOR BACK WHEN YOU LEAVE) Also bring water. You will be charged We have strict overtime policies our overtime fee is 1.5x the after the designated time. That Includes not leaving on time or going over someone else’s time. It is a 2000 sq ft. downtown creative space where you can make many sets using our props and backdrops. You have the freedom to make your own custom design set or use one of ours.
