All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home, over 7,000 sq ft, in Orem, Utah. Modern tutor brick house with brand new appliances and finishes (completed in Jan 2020). Fully furnished with brand new furniture from Crate + Barrel, Article, and West Elm. Large open floor plan, with one great room on the main floor including the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Separate office space with textured wall, and intimate library area with beautiful rainbow-inspired bookshelves. Upstairs includes three spacious bedrooms, a large open playroom with wood dancing area and two barres for ballet or working out, laundry room, and open desk area. Basement includes theater and rec room. Corner lot with ample street parking and driveway and garage parking if needed. Access to house includes large front door, garage, side door, and sliding glass doors to backyard. WiFi or 100 ft. Ethernet cord is provided, as well as Apple TV and Apple Homepods. Covid compliant with free mask, gloves, hand sanitizer, and Clorox wipes included.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
