About the Space
Magical, large garden with several different areas outside, each with their own unique vibe and characteristics that work well for getting different shots in one location — ideal for photo and video shoots. The property is surrounded by lush vegetation, 13 large mature pine trees and a small orchard. Large, second floor balcony affords sweeping views. There is also a rustic shed surrounded by pine trees that is a perfect backdrop for any shoot. All gardens are seasonal so recommend checking if there is something specific you are looking for. Downstairs of house is available for use - this includes bathroom and kitchen. The last 6 pictures (master bedroom with wall molding; bedroom with rainbow mural; bedroom with crib) are the upstairs of the house (which is not included in the listed square footage) and can be available upon request at additional booking fee. There is a possibility the owners may be in this upstairs area during the production (unless arranged for you to use that area as mentioned above), however they will remain out of site and cannot see the downstairs or back yard, so your production will be completely private. Please feel free to mention this before you book if you would like to discuss it.

Our firm’s experience with this space and the homeowner was first-rate and completely without issue. Bianca was very communicative and prompt in her replies, ensuring we had easy access to the location and associated amenities. This was our second photoshoot at this location in the past three years, such was the previous experience with the host and the beautiful grounds that offer a wide variety of outdoor shooting options. Bianca was very gracious and accommodating of our requests and we couldn’t recommend this property more highly.

The space was somehow even more beautiful in person than in the photos! Everything about it made it the perfect sanctuary for our small graduation ceremony. And best of all was Bianca, who was the sweetest, warmest host we could have ever asked for. She made sure that all of our questions were answered and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Would 100% recommend this space!

Bianca was such a pleasure to work with. She was so responsive, helpful and kind to our entire crew. Her home is a beautiful gem that we were so lucky to be able to film at-- incredibly quiet so we were able to get great audio and incredibly decorated for us to get multiple looks out of. I highly recommend filming at this location and hope I get the opportunity to again!

Unbelievable backyard that is perfect to host an intimate get together. I hosted my bridal shower here and it was honestly the best day ever and this venue played a huge role in it! Bianca was really sweet and such a gracious host the entire time. I would hands down recommend this place if you're looking for an enchanted garden to host some family and friends for the day!
