About the Space
The space is a guest suite that is in our home, on the ground level, looking out onto the backyard. The guest suite has a separate entrance. Inside you will find a compact (but adequate) kitchenette, a table for 4. The bedroom is separated by a large wooden sliding door, from the main/kitchenette area. The bedroom features a queen sized bed an an amazing half circle day bed in a wrap around bay window. The bathroom is finished in Moroccan limestone and features a large shower enclosed in glass. (Note there is not a tub). The Heat and AC is controlled by a Nest thermostat. And a Sonos One speaker to Airplay your music to. Guests have access to the entire guest suite. They can access via the driveway on the left side when facing he house. They have access to the paved area of the driveway and in front of the guest suite entrance. All other areas are off limits.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
