About the Space

Indoor & outdoor meeting areas. Full kitchen with stocked beverage fridge and coffee station. Interior living room space for groups up to 12 people. Interior dining table for 10, high-bar dining for 3, and outdoor dining for 11 additional people. Open the glass garage door for an indoor/outdoor space - enough for gatherings up to 40 people. White boards and Apple TV for meeting use. Large outdoor area with fire pit and an 85" TV. 700 sf interior space & 880 Sf exterior space. If your team needs a break, Take a walk in the woods on the 1/2 mile trail, bounce on the in-ground trampoline, play giant Jenga, or warm up in the 6 person hot tub. Is all of your team above 21? We offer wine / beer bar and cigar bar for an additional fee.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Daniel was an excellent host and the space was perfect for what I needed: lunch and team meeting/discussion for 10 people. The size is great for about 10-12 people indoors and offers the ability to flex between work, play, and eating by moving between areas. I only needed the space for a few hours, but could see it working very well for more of a day-long off-site. Daniel was very responsive and accommodating.

Daniel's home was absolutely perfect in every way! The interior of the home was so beautiful-farmhouse chic with practical, yet beautiful furnishings and decor. Every part of this property was immaculate and cozy. The outdoor patio area gave all my guests (25 people) plenty of space to relax in the most exquisite tranquil wooded setting. If you decide to book this space, you will find it challenging to leave-there's a magic and warmth that steals your heart away!

This property and host were the most accommodating I’ve ever had. The host went above and beyond to help as issues arose related to our party. The house was beautiful and had everything and more than we needed. I’d stay here again and recommend any of my friends to stay here.
