About OLIVE ST. SPECIALS
We have an amazing 2,000 sq ft vintage motorcycle/metal shop space with beautiful trussed ceilings. The building is constructed from corrugated metal sheets and has industrial steel stash windows and skylights to let in lots of natural light. The shop boasts a large roll up door for easy access of equipment or props from the road. The space is an active custom motorcycle shop so there are tons of cool pieces of machinery and bikes that can be used as props for shoots or productions. Most of the equipment is on wheels and can be moved out of the way if needed. Attached to the rear of the shop is a small tastefully furnished living space with a bedroom, bathroom and small kitchenette as well as a backyard that runs the length of the shop with seating and a stainless steel soaking tub. We have had anything from small single person private photoshoots to 30 person full production film shoots. We enjoy hosting the shop out to creative people and welcome anyone who has interest to reach out for their next project!

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
