Please note either myself or a site rep will be present on location in the office area and will not intrude from start to end. Don’t hesitate to reach out to me with any questions! ________________________________ Before I list down what’s included in your booking, please know that we have put a lot of work into this lovely space, which is also our home. Please treat it as if it were your own. That’s all I ask! Now on to the fun stuff… The loft is located in a beautiful live/work loft in Historic downtown LA. It has a breathtaking open view of the city skyline and the skyscrapers. It is 50ft x 35ft and it has a 9 foot high ceiling. Its features include classic brick walls, large windows all around the loft providing lots of natural light. It's furnished and decorated with furniture, artworks, plants and a lot more that create a unique atmosphere and can be used as props. The KITCHEN / DINNING area - fully equiped and functional kitchen with fridge, stove, coffee marker. Perfect for your lunch break or as a set for a food show! - 2 wooden tables 3x4ft each - 4 industrial metal chairs - 5 seater leather couch - kitchen island - 4 bar stools The LOUNGE area - 2 couches (red velvet and blue velvet) - 1 coffee tables - carpet The STUDIO area - The studio comes with 2 continuous daylight balanced lights (two Manlite FS-200) with softboxes and C-stands. - Mirror - Bluetooth speaker - High Speed Internet - 10ft wide backdrop stands upon request - extenstion cords and power strips Regarding sound, the loft is on the 12th floor and isn’t facing the main street so you don't get the regular traffic noise. No noise either coming from neighbors and there's no construction site close by. Parking: There are public lots on either side of our building as well as across the street. "Joe’s Auto Park" ($12/day). Elevator: Length of the door 42’ x 82’ Width 77’ Length 52’ Height 90’

Please read the following House rules and make sure ALL your crew is aware of them too. Thank you! - All rentals include setup and tear down time. Overtime must be paid for by the end of the booking. - Make sure to book for the appropriate amount of people. The rate tier will be adjusted to reflect the headcount during the booking. - The booking strictly and only gives you permission to shoot inside the unit you booked (no shooting in the lobby, elevators or hallway) - The rooftop is off-limits. - Keep the hallway quiet while loading in and through the day (respect the neighbors: no shouting, phone calls or eating in the common eras of the building). - Don't leave the front door of the building open and unattended while loading in. - The hallway and common areas of the building must remain clear at all times. (Don't store equipment in the lobby or hallway). - Do not block or obstruct the elevator doors while loading your equipment, it will break it down!!! (Repair bill will be sent to you) - If needed, the freight elevator must be operated by a site-rep. Please ask in advance so we can plan for it. - Furniture and plants can be moved but must be placed back to where you found it. Handle them with care. - Do not move the books. - Do not drag, drop or throw equipment or furniture on the floor. Lift furniture and equipment when you move it. Be extra careful when handling metal stands. (We have neighbors just downstairs and sound travels through the floor). - Be mindful not to scratch furniture. Don’t put heavy cases or equipment on it. (damage will be charged). - Don't make holes in the walls, no screws, nails or staples. Use the pre-existing screws. - Don’t use gaffer tape on the floor, use paper tape instead. - Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. - Trash should be placed in the bins and the site rep will take care of the rest. - The keys and the intercom buzzer phone must be returned at the end of the booking. - Damaged, broken or missing items have to be replaced or paid for.
