About Bae Cave Studio
Sun Room | Photography & Production Bae Cave Studio is a creative studio located in Mount Vernon NY, 25 minutes away from Grand Central. From the studio the Metro North is a 5 minute walk and a 10 minute walk to the number 2 subway. This listing is exclusively for our sun room ONLY. The sun room is attached to our main space and offers a more intimate feel for our guests with free flowing natural light. The sun room is only available on weekdays. On the weekends it is available as an add on to our main space. Please see below for more details an amenities. Available weekdays only 7am - 11pm Guest Capacity 15 This studio has a self check in and check out system in place. We operate on self-sufficiency, please clean up when finished, take out your garbage and lock all the door. Guide will be sent to client for easier navigation of the space. Please plan ahead; The hours you book include setup and break down time. When you book a minimum of 6 hours we will give an additional hour for a total of 7hours. Please message us for all day bookings. Space amenities: Free flowing Natural light, refrigerator, microwave, ac + central ac, industrial fan, 6ft mounted mirror, 1 4ft tables, 1 high top metal table, 1 6ft table, access to private + shared bathrooms, indoor garden, coat rack Production + Photography Amenities: Please care for the equipment. Led panel lights Soft box All 3 Backdrops available 82’ inches (black, white & red)

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This venue was very clean upon arrival and a decent size. Held a surprise birthday party here and it was amazing. Karina was very accommodating and helpful with the process even though it was a last minute booking. Would definitely rent again

Karina is so nice and sweet answered my text right away helped me out when the last host canceled on me 2 weeks before my shower showed us around after we booked didn’t rush us And answered all questions without being annoyed she’s so sweet and even talked with my cousin who was just setting up i would definitely book her when my son turns one I’m hoping she’s still around so I can have my party there we love this place and found parking easily that’s Karina you’re the best wish they had 10 stars
