Located in Mount Vernon NY, 25 minutes away from Grand Central. We are a 3 minute walk from the metro north and 10 minutes from the #2 subway line. In addition we also have free street parking. The space can accommodate up to 35 people and is ideal for all types of occasions . Furniture can be moved at request, music can be played within reason. Plants can be moved per request Amenities: 5 chairs Refrigerator Microwave Natural Sunlight Items that can be rented: 5 - 6ft tables 30- standard chairs 7 - highly tip metal tables

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
