About the Space
We are located in the heart of Hendersonville. The office building sits on a park like setting with walk way access to the park trail. Medical Office with waiting area, break room and exam rooms. This part of the building will only be available on weekends and Friday afternoons. Exam rooms Kitchen/ Breakroom Office Cubicle Office space. Executive office overlooking the park. This is upstairs and available 24/7 Also 3 shell spaces available to set up as required. Shell spaces are available 24/7. Parking lot is available on weekends and Friday afternoons.

Ambient noise description
The space is located on a cul de sac with a huge parking lot. There is a train track but there is no noise from freight train that passes maybe once a day. Very serene and picturesque setting.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
