Please give us a 10-minute heads-up if you plan to use them so we can prep everything smoothly. 🚫 Note: The studio has standard warehouse insulation and is not a soundstage. ⸻ 🍴 Food & Catering You’re welcome to bring food into the space. Please bring your own plates, cups, and utensils. ⸻ ❓ FAQ 1. When does my rental start? Rentals begin exactly at your booked time. Please book extra time if you need setup or breakdown. 2. White cyclorama paint policy: • Painted fresh at the beginning of each month • 8–12 hour rentals may request fresh paint at no extra cost • 1–6 hour rentals: fresh paint available for $200 (materials + labor) 📩 Message us to request 3. 🧼 Cleaning Process We take cleanliness seriously so every guest has a fresh experience: The studio is cleaned and disinfected after every rental. High-touch areas (doors, light switches, props, furniture) are sanitized regularly. Linens and fabrics are washed every 1–2 weeks, depending on usage. This helps us maintain a safe, professional environment for all productions.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
