Welcome to Our Studio ✨ Our 3,500 sq ft warehouse studio is built for local photographers, videographers, and creatives of all genres. Whether you’re shooting portraits, music videos, brand content, or short films—this space is designed to flex with your vision. 📍 Open to photographers and their clients 🎥 All creative genres welcome ⸻ 🚨 Studio Rules (Important) ‼️ No unattended children allowed ‼️ This is a working studio—not a playground. Children are welcome to hang out in the lobby with supervision. ⸻ 🎬 Current Sets Available • White cyclorama with RGB overhead lighting • Metal hallway with RGB light tubes • Classroom • Jail cell • Brick wall with lockers • Hospital room • Bank vault • Green screen ⸻ 💡 Lighting & Equipment • Professional LED RGB lighting, iPad-controlled via Bluetooth • Brands include Neewer, Govee, Amaran, and Godox • On-site staff always available to assist ⚠️ ADJ Stinger Spots require 10–15 minutes to set up. Please give us a 10-minute heads-up if you plan to use them so we can prep everything smoothly. 🚫 Note: The studio has standard warehouse insulation and is not a soundstage. ⸻ 🍴 Food & Catering You’re welcome to bring food into the space. Please bring your own plates, cups, and utensils. ⸻ ❓ FAQ 1. When does my rental start? Rentals begin exactly at your booked time. Please book extra time if you need setup or breakdown. 2. White cyclorama paint policy: • Painted fresh at the beginning of each month • 8–12 hour rentals may request fresh paint at no extra cost • 1–6 hour rentals: fresh paint available for $200 (materials + labor) 📩 Message us to request 3. Is the space soundproof? 🧼 Cleaning Process We take cleanliness seriously so every guest has a fresh experience: The studio is cleaned and disinfected after every rental. High-touch areas (doors, light switches, props, furniture) are sanitized regularly. Linens and fabrics are washed every 1–2 weeks, depending on usage. This helps us maintain a safe, professional environment for all productions.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
