Our studio is fully equipped with lots of potential. We have a compound cyclorama measuring 24'x32' in an area of 40'x40', white. Greenscreen measures 12' x 16' Grid lighting comes with rental in tungsten or fluorescent instruments. We absolutely love food, those who make it, and especially eating it! Our kitchen set is complete with double oven, forward-facing gas range, refrigerator, a host of appliances & tools, dishware and cutlery. Everything you need to get cooking! Our studio is a whisper-quiet environment to ensure the best audio quality when recording. There's ample space for a crew, talent and client, easy load-ins all in the heart of the city, with a patio breakout ares. Our Lifestyle Set, is made of reclaimed wood walls, includes a television, and circular couch making a unique and comfortable set for chatting with guests or leading discussions for all kinds of interview-based shows and Vlogs. We have a fully functioning kitchen available, with double ovens, gas range, & equipment- perfect work area to get foods prepped for product-based shots. Off-street parking: rentals come with 4 parking passes. Convenient overhead-door load-in area, street level access. 5 minutes drive from downtown Denver in Rino Arts District. The screening lounge is setup like a stadium that seats up to 25, equipped with a Full HD projection to 14′ screen, 5.1 Digital Surround SoundHD with rumbling bass and crisp & clear trebles, perfect for investor pitches, dailies, or client reviews. We’ve even got a popcorn maker, just ‘cuz.

We closely monitor all guidelines as provided to our industry and by federal, state and local agencies. Presently, that means that non-symptomatic persons do not need to wear a mask indoors and social distancing is not required. We provide thermometers, masks, and anti-bacterial gels as a courtesy should you choose to use them.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
