Chanado Hills multiple set studio is back in a new location in gorgeous Juniper Hills. Chanado Hills is a 5 acre ranch that has a panoramic view of the mountains. During the winter months the mountain are covered with snow. It is located approximately 55 minutes from Hollywood. There is a stone house, stone root cellar, 1950s gas station decor, Wagon, telephone booth, school bus with a 1970's decor, 1953 tractor, traffic light, cargo unit and a rustic wooden wall. This location would provide so many different locations for a photographer, music video or film production. It is a lensman's paradise. Everything is included for one flat rate. The whole property is going to be a unique experience for your creative ideas. Anything that can disturb neighbors needs a film permit such as fires, explosions and guns for example. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
