About the Space
This inspiring, private meeting space is ideal for interviews, presentations, and collaborative meetings. It's equipped with a wireless screen mirroring system that works seamlessly with all devices, so you won't have to fuss with adapters or dongles any longer! This space is also frequently used for photo and video shoots. If you can dream it, we'll help you make it happen. No request is too big or too small or too "out there" for us!

Parking description
Our office complex has a free lot that fits 100+ vehicles. Our front door faces the street, not the parking lot, so you'll just have to take a short walk along the sidewalk after parking.
Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
One of the walls is glass, we have curtains that can be utilized for more privacy. We have several suspended lights.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Outside sound is minimal as there are no offices directly outside of this room. It is by a hallway, so you will get members and guests walking by often. You can close the drapes for more privacy.

Equipment loading description
We do have locked second entrance that our staff can open for you for loading in. You can temporarily park across the street at the church for unloading and then your car will need to be moved. Our main entrance has 4 steps.

Health and Safety Measures
Our meeting spaces are professionally disinfected twice per week, and sanitized between each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
