- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
We have amazing natural light. Back of home faves west and kitchen faves south. We have a newly built 17x35 ft pool with a lot of hard scape. My home has been featured on numerous websites. I have a very spacious bright white kitchen, a very modern office space, a huge backyard with pool and 4 different seating rooms on the first floor. I have 3 girls rooms and 1 boy’s room. The master bedroom closet and bathroom is luxe. My home would be suited very well for commercials and movies because there is ample space for everyone to move around.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Reem was a phenomenal host! She was so inviting and happy to show us around before our Photoshoot started. Her space has a ton of rooms for esthetic photography, all our pictures came out fantastic because of her interiors. She even gave us some recommendations for photos like allowing us to use the office space which was a great addition. My photographer & I could not stop talking about how beautiful the space was!
