Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We are fully Covid-compliant and request that all guests follow the same guidelines for safety.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Luxury and ell-appointed home in a convenient location in Dripping/Driftwood, hosted by an experienced owner. Accommodation options are warmth and luxury focused and offer a variety of well-designed decorator accents to accentuate your work. The home is one-story, and no stairs to deal with any situation. The access is easy and convenient, and a very congenial host. We'd love to host your photography, videos, events and/or any other appropriate work. Thank you.

Parking description

EASY street access, and close to the home for easy in/out with equipment. Easy access to the back yard too, and the pool area. No limit on cars essentially, very flexible.

General Rules

No smoking inside the house. Outside catering is allowed. No drugs during the shoot. Alcohol is permitted up to 8pm. Exceptions granted by request. Hospitality is expected, of course. We offer a congenial environment.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
