About MDM Rehearsal Studios

-Located in the heart of Los Angeles (Close to Glendale, Burbank, Hollywood, and Atwater Village). -We are also close to a lot of Restaurants if you need to order for delivery. -We also offer other Rooms of various sizes (28x16ft, 22x14ft., 14x16ft.). Amenities include: -Air Conditioning. -Wi-Fi. -Secure Client Parking (12 Designated Spots, . -Mixer and PA (if needed). -Easy access to the 5 and 134 Freeway (Also very close to Glendale, Burbank, Hollywood, and Atwater Village). Great spot for Rehearsals, Video Shoots, Photo Shoots, Live streams, and Production.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
