About the Space
We are located in the historic Wiltern Theater Building at 3780 Wilshire Boulevard in the Mid-Wilshire neighborhood of Los Angeles. We have a variety of filming spaces including classrooms, a store, offices, cubicles, and miscellaneous spaces such as a kitchen, restrooms, a museum, and a basement for a total max occupancy of 30 persons.

Ambient noise description
You can hear the street if there are loud noises or if you are near the windows.
However, if you're in the inner sections of the building and rooms there are many areas that are very sound proof from outside noise.

Equipment can be loaded from many different avenues. Either through the main entrance elevator, ground floor access door, stairs, or even basement elevator.

Electrical system description
They can access the circuit breaker but guests must notify us ahead of time when they need to use it.
There are many outlets and the circuit breaker is located in a room at the back of the suite.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
