About the Space
This townhome has everything you need for your next event! The townhome is 3 stories plus a rooftop and includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and an expansive open concept dining room and living room. Every room offers immense natural lighting from the floor to ceiling windows throughout the home. The first floor includes an oversized garage and one bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom. This floor is perfect for staging equipment in the garage and for those who need privacy perhaps during a photoshoot. The second floor includes the kitchen, dining/living room and a half bath. This space is perfect for hosting. The kitchen has top of the lines stainless steel appliances and an island with a deep farmhouse sink. The island is perfect for serving and the stone backsplash is the perfect background for a cooking video. Currently, the space is furnished with a farm style dining room table and two sleeper sofas that form an expansive sitting area in front of the 70inch television. The third floor (our personal favorite) offers two large bedrooms and a spa style bathroom. One bedroom looks out upon the quiet neighborhood and has an outdoor patio perfect for relaxing while the other bedroom has partial views of the ocean. The bathroom features his and her sinks and a relaxing waterfall shower. Last but not least is the expansive rooftop which offers views of the Puget Sound and Olympic mountains. This open space is perfect for events, photo shoots and whatever you can imagine!

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Firstly, Jonathan was a stellar communicator about the home and our production needs. After construction issues within the neighborhood kept us from parking our staging van, we did not ultimately use this location for our photo shoot, but Jonathan was helpful, resourceful, and accommodating to all my needs. We had to make a decision to go elsewhere when we saw the roadblocks to our production by the City. This townhouse is fantastic, and I look forward to booking again when the construction has ceased!
