Our downtown location is perfectly situated adjacent to the New York Stock Exchange, in the world’s business epicenter - Manhattan’s Financial District. Located within blocks of every major NYC subway line, east and west side highways, and the Staten Island Ferry, makes our Financial District center accessible and convenient, no matter where you live. A luxuriously decorated reception area welcomes you to our modern, high-tech office suites and conference facilities, and is guaranteed to impress the most discerning clientele. Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans. Min of 4 Hours for After Hours or Weekend Bookings

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
