About the Space
1,000 Square foot garage with 12 person table. There is a bar area and a bathroom. There are several ways to utilize the space for any event, photo shoot, activity or meeting. There are also four 6 foot tables and 30 folding chairs.. It’s a great versatile space. There is also a 1000 square foot outdoor area which is great addition when it’s warm weather. The side yard and tents are an additional cost in the add-on section. All extra time will be charged 1.5x rate.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

I threw a surprise party for my partner's 30th birthday here. Overall it was great :) Spacious venue, lots of tables, chairs, the bar area is big and very helpful. I had to clean more than I expected once I arrived which ate into my time, and the fridge was half full and therefore couldn't utilize a lot, but it wasn't a huge deal. Natalie responded to messages quickly, the bathroom was clean and stocked, and ultimately we had a beautiful time.

I rented the location for my daughter’s baby shower. The venue was the perfect size and had everything we needed. Natalie was a great host with excellent communication. I would definitely rent the space again.

This wasn't my first time renting with Natalie & hopefully not my last. I want able to attend my own event due to covid. However Natalie was very helpful throughout the entire time. The space is very nice and includes chairs and tables. It's the perfect spot for a small gathering. Thank you kindly.
