About the Space
1,000 Square foot garage with 12 person table. There is a bar area and a bathroom. There are several ways to utilize the space for any event, photo shoot, activity or meeting. There are also four 6 foot tables and 30 folding chairs.. It’s a great versatile space. There is also a 1000 square foot outdoor area which is great addition when it’s warm weather. The side yard and tents are an additional cost in the add-on section. All extra time will be charged 1.5x rate.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This wasn't my first time renting with Natalie & hopefully not my last. I want able to attend my own event due to covid. However Natalie was very helpful throughout the entire time. The space is very nice and includes chairs and tables. It's the perfect spot for a small gathering. Thank you kindly.

The place is awesome!! I will definitely use them again. The space is a good size it has a real trendy look about it. My guest love it too. PS. It just need more tables and chairs. Others then that the place is awesome!! I would definitely recommend this to everyone!!

I have rented this space numerous times. I love the rustic feel it brings to an intimate event. The hosts are quick to answer any messages and are very accommodating. Will def rent again.
