Parking is spacious. There are two designated spots at the back of the unit, and several more that are empty along the side. Parking is rarely difficult.

Large window at the back of studio space brings in plenty of natural light during the day. Backdrops can be turned to face it or set up in front of the natural light. There are also LED lights available that make excellent fill sources. Black out curtains will block natural light for if you prefer using strobes.

Easily load equipment, makeup, props and clothing into the studio from the street. You can park your vehicle just out front to drop off and repark.

The office and makeup room is separated from the shooting space.

*A HOST will be available on site or over the phone to help you with any issues. We typically leave the premises so that you can shoot in private but please be mindful that cameras are monitored. *IF YOU ARE A PORNOGRAPHY OR ADULT PHOTOGRAPHER, WE ARE NOT FOR YOU, SO PLEASE RESPECT OUR REVIEWS. Tasteful/implied nudes are fine with prior permission* * NO SHOE'S ARE ALLOWED on the infinite wall, please wear socks or booties to maintain the cyclorama for the next guests. The cyclorama is painted once every two weeks between bookings. If you would like a clean slate there is an add on available for a paint the night before your shoot. (Talent can wear shoes for the shoot but the crew must have shoes off or covered!) PLEASE NOTE: -All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time. Please be mindful to come at the start of your booking. -All guest counts are ins and outs with the total guests each booking. -If booking is past 15min, you will be charge an extra 30 minutes. -There is plenty of parking, we are located at the back of the complex and loading is easy. You are welcome to bring your own props to your booking. -Unfortunately, any late check-ins or check-outs will be charged a full additional hour. -Please be mindful of timing as we may have bookings after allowed time. -If there is a booking after yours, we can't accommodate a longer booking. While we love to accomodate schedules, if you book the day of or within 48 hours of the day you wish to shoot, we may not be able to accomodate you. -Please feel free to move around any props or furniture to build your set, we only ask that you do not drag the wall on wheels onto the infinite wall and that the wooden ladder is only used without any weight put onto it as it is not a functioning ladder. -Please do not stand on the curvature of the infinite wall, it is hollow and is not safe to put weight on. If a puncture mark is put into the wall a $100 fee will be charged for each damage. This includes laying on, leaning on, or children running on it. -If extra time is needed before or after, this must be added after booking if within 1 hour of booking -Please no drugs, smoking or alcohol in the studio, including vapes. With prior permission you may bring alcohol bottles or vapes/cigarettes for PROPS only. -Please let us know if you would like to walk the space. We cannot guarantee walk in sessions as we may become booked. It is typically best to ask for walk ins same day. -We will always try to accomodate last minute bookings if we can but we suggest booking your time slot 2 weeks in advance to guarantee your time. ANY FILMING, PRODUCTION, MUSIC VIDEOS, TV, FILM, PODCASTS ETC -While we are mainly a photography studio, we do have some LED lights/constant lights available for your production. You are more than welcome to bring your own equipment. -We have hosted large casting calls in the past upwards of 300+ people but can only accomodate about 15-20 people in the space at any time. These events are best for SAT/SUN SECURITY CAMERAS -We have security cameras inside the space. No security cameras inside the bathrooms. Please change inside of the bathrooms. DAMAGES -You will be accounted for any damages to the space / items INJURIES - We are not liable for injuries PARKING -Free private onsite parking. There is also street parking for larger events. MISC: -Pets must be on leash and not run freely. If so, an additional $100 fee (per pet) -If any or all Pets Uranate/Release Feces inside the Venue $100 (per pet) -Damages to any furniture (stains, scrapes, tears, or any non-white colors on the furniture) $250 -Breakage, cracks, or damage to any mirrors and or furniture $250 -Breakage, cracks, or damage to any pillars, statues, or antiques $250 -No Smoking/Vaping ($500 fine) -No flames, scented candles, or incense ($500 fine) -No Confetti or Smoke Bombs ($1,000 fine) -Leave space as you found it. *ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED* ($1,000 FINE) -No Pornography

Any furniture/props can be moved in the studio aside from the computer desk, framed photos, wall mirrors, fridge, and makeup station(The vase and florals may be moved to accommodate your shoot). The ladder is meant to be used as a posing tool only and should not be climbed on, models can put a foot up on the wrungs.
