Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We clean the space and disinfect it throughly between bookings. We use high grade disinfecting solvents and cleaners that kill COVID-19.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
The space can work well for media productions. The layout of the space is one large open floor room. We have a couple office cabinets and some glass and chrome desks which you can use. There's a small refrigerator you have access to and there's also an A/C with heating unit. The office space has a private bathroom and a vocal voice booth.

Parking description
There is one designated parking spot in front of the office. The rest of the parking is street parking on Huston street which has street sweepings on Wednesday. Otherwise it's free parking.

Lighting description
The office space has 6 windows. You are welcome to bring blackout curtains to block out natural light. The space is the brightest from 2-5pm.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
You cannot hear the neighbors in the space. It is on Huston Street which is not a busy street. There is no noise from appliances or AC.

There is a loading zone for equipment. The entrance does not require a ramp. Loading trucks need to be moved.

There are 6 outlets located throughout the space. There is no access to the circuit breaker.

General Rules
There is no smoking allowed in the office. Outside catering is allowed. Smoking is allowed outside in the gravel parking lot space.

Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be removed from the building. Wall decorations can also be removed.

Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
