About the Space
THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL PEERSPACE MEMBERS/BOOKINGS : PHOTO & VIDEO PRODUCTION: - * One Light (strobe or continuous) is included with your session. You are welcome to bring your own lights or rent additional lights from the studio. * BACKDROPS are not included in your rental - If you need backdrops you must select the 'Add-on Backdrops'. Backdrops are 10$ per pull. You are welcome to bring your own backdrop and stands. If you need a tour please contact me for the terms. *Your reservation must include all the time you need to set up, shoot, clean up, and vacate the studio. *You cannot enter the studio early, and you are expected to vacate your studio no later than the time your reservation ends. This allows everyone’s shoot to begin on time. Include set-up and break down time in your booking, it is not automatically included. EVENTS - (YOU TUBE Productions - Particularly events where more than 15 people are present) Must book as EVENT for accurate pricing. **PLEASE NOTE** THIS BUILDING HAS OFFICE TENETS THROUGH THE WEEK. VERY LOUD MUSIC AND EXCESSIVE NOISE IS NOT ALLOWED DURING YOUR BOOKING The studio is fully equipped for any creative. Located in a professional, modern office high rise, it is perfect for Photoshoots and Video production! This space can be used for the following: * Photography, Video and Podcast production * Open Mic & Poetry nites * Private Events + Date nites * Music & Video Release/Launches * Clothing/ Brand Hauls * Pop-up shop events * Professional business use + Small events of up to 35 people * Zoom & Conference Meetings * Remote Broadcast Studio * Remote Shoot Studio (photographers can connect over Wifi and use our cameras to shoot) Features: * Kitchen area - with full size refrigerator. + Sink, Dishwasher and Microwave * Wardrobe, Changing and Make Up Room * Balcony + Rooftop access * Green screen Backdrop/Floor cover * Wood Grain floor covering * Custom Backdrops * Fog/Smoke Machine * Continuous & Strobe lighting & umbrella/softbox modifiers are on set. * RGB lighting to change the wall different colors * Several backdrops (white, black, green, red, blue, pink, spice, yellow, brown, beige colors) * WiFi access + Alexa sound system * Bathroom in the hallway Additional services: * Book a Studio assistance - (Someone to assist you with backdrop changes and lighting) * Book a Photographer for your session * Book a Model for photo/video production including fashion, swimsuit, boudoir,etc. * Makeup Artist services available * Rent a camera or lens for your session

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
