About the Space
Large open-concept single-family home, newly remodeled. 3000sqft home on a 9700 sqft lot, meaning large gorgeous backyard with lots of grassy area. Four bedrooms, plus a fun bar area, an extra office room, walk-in closet and more. Plenty of space for staging area, H&MU, viewing area & more. Living/dining/kitchen area is warm, inviting and super bright. Lots of skylights and natural light in every room. Great rooftop deck as well with artificial turf. Great large firepits in lower backyard (however, cannot be moved). Brand new outdoor barbeque kitchen area with sink. Any shooting with heavy or sharp objects to be done on the grass or indoor on the wood floors will require protection such as plywood, floor coverings or ramboard. ***We require all guests purchase additional insurance: https://www.theeventhelper.com/ OR you can add us as additionally insured if you already have an existing policy***

We had a fantastic experience filming at Alex and Bryan's home for a commercial video shoot. Every corner of their home was picture perfect. The outdoor upstairs terrace that was a great staging area for our client. They were very accommodating and flexible with our production needs, and made the whole process so smooth and easy. Also we met their dog Baxter while location scouting and fell in love with him so we also cast him in our shoot! A great experience all around.
