About the Space

Put yourself into the perfect early 1900's craftsman home in the heart of the North Park neighborhood. Cook a delicious meal in a beautiful top- of- the -line fully equipped kitchen or grill out in our exclusive private backyard with a choice of soaking up in the hot tub. Convenient location short walk to some of the local favorites dining, boutiques, and nightlife. The space: Complimentary Amenities for guests: - complimentary coffee & tea - Free fast speed internet - SmartTV with cable Jacuzzi maintenance fee: $35 if being used. The home DOESN'T come with Free full Propane tanks. Guests will be responsible to refill them for their own personal usage as owners don't live in the property . Thank you! Guest access: You will access to the whole entire house and the whole entire property. Jacuzzi usage has an extra fee and can be arranged with host ahead of time or during your stay. Please be careful when using the jacuzzi and use at your own risk. *please SHOWER before using the jacuzzi* please treat it with care /no solid food or anything dirty in there. If the water is dirty after you check out, Extra service charge $100 to drain and refill new water Thank you! Other things to note: The 3rd Bedroom/office room doesn't have a door but it has a privacy curtain The Jacuzzi takes 1-2 hours to heat up so please make sure you don’t expect it to be hot right away.

  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
