About AaronVan Photo
Spacious boutique commercial food/product photography studio, close to the airport, set up for client focused productions. Our 4000 sq ft studio has a full kitchen with commercial double fridge and freezers, prop and equipment rooms, conference areas and a quiet and comfortable production area. Everything you need for a successful studio project.

10 reserved spaces plus over 20 other open spaces available in attached parking lot.
Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
The main space has no windows and can be closed off from the rest of the space. There is a front room that has an entire wall of north facing windows providing some natural light however an overhang from the building blocks the room from getting a lot of light. this room is separate from the main space and can be used independently.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The main room is not attached to any outside walls directly and can be closed off from the rest of the space. Carpets and drop ceiling provide a good amount of soundproofing however there is no additional sound proofing in the space. The building is on a main commercial road that is used by semi trucks regularly however the location of the main space and doors and walls dull most ambient sounds. Equipment loading description
There is a loading door in the back of the space attached to the equipment room. There is parking in the back of the space for trucks for loading and unloading.
Staging area is available
There is a front conference room separate from the main room that can be used for staging. There is also a small room attached to the main room that can be used as a dressing room or makeup room etc.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
Circuit breaker is in the equipment room just off the main space, there are lots of outlets in the main area, plenty of power on separate circuits for any production.

General Rules
No smoking in the building, outside catering is allowed. Cooking of high smoke foods must be done outside.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Please put anything that has been moved back to its original position before exiting the space.
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Two nest security cameras on site, one in the lobby and one in the main shooting space. Both cameras will be on during booking unless requested otherwise prior too booking.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
High touch surfaces are wiped down with proper disinfectant, studio is sprayed with aerosol disinfectant. Bookings are spaced out to allow for cleaning.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
