Our home is an idyllic filming & photo location. The house and backyard get lots of natural light, ideal for film/photoshoots, and has lots of space, sitting on 1/2 an acre of land. 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms Lots of room for hair/makeup The outdoor space is filled with convenience and charm, including raised beds, an outdoor fireplace, wide-open grassy areas, electrical outlets, lounge furniture, a saltwater pool & jacuzzi, a water fountain, a fire-pit, and a gas grill. We provide free gated parking, which fits ten cars. There is also free street parking in front of the home. We have a 600 foot garage that offerers lounge areas, perfect for crafty or hair & makeup for an additional cost.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
