About the Space

Beautiful remodeled kitchen with oversized pendants, tying in the chic matte black cabinetry and brass accents - panoramic views give plenty of lighting to the overall space. The oversized two- tier island was designed for entertaining, plenty of room for food prep and display. Beautiful Mountain views and sunset ocean views out west. Brand new appliances: Jenn Air stove, Microwave drawer, built in dishwasher, built in side by side refrigerator with freezer drawer, top of the line steam oven and an appliance garage. Custom cabinetry by Holland. Space is perfect for video/photo shoots, promotions and tv productions.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
