About the Space
Massive open space with bare walls and soaring ceilings make this the perfect multi-purpose space. The 1000 sq ft space is ideal for an art gallery, events space, boutique store, or large photo studio. The curtains are all on tracks and move to expose the large wall surface area for hanging paintings and artworks. The space includes two restrooms and is directly accessible from street-level. The space has free street parking. We are located two blocks from the subway in trendy Long Island City, 10 minutes from Manhattan on the N,W,7,A, & F trains.

Some natural light. We have double-curtains on each window which can completely black out natural light. There is also gallery track-lighting on the ceiling.

Minimal sound. The room is toward the back of the property, so it is away from the street. A/C in room, but it can be turned off.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We clean our spaces between each reservation. This includes extra frequent sanitization on high-touch surfaces i.e. front door handle, front desk, door knobs, elevator buttons. We also provide PPE at the front desk for free of charge. Please wear your mask at all times while on our premises!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
