About the Space

Our "Scandinavian Tulum Style Space" with Lots of Natural Light, centrally located in Scottsdale AZ, will inspire your creativity. Our Top Floor Space also includes a Large size Patio facing the beautiful Sunsets with Beautiful Mountain and Water Views. We’ve personally designed the space and gathered other one-of-a-kind pieces from our travels. Our decor is a soft balance of 'Tulum Japandi', and 'Bohemian' styles. With many of our guests commenting on our unique stylish decor and views with plenty of light coming through the floor-ceiling windows. Easy access with onsite parking and elevator close to unit at your convenience which makes moving equipment a breeze. OVERTIME - If your production runs over, we do offer overtime at x1.5 THE ORIGINAL HOURLY RATE for projects with an original booking request of 2 hours or more. • Below is a list of our Extra Add On's: Upon Request: A Photographer, Videographer, & Editor is available for your booking. Male and/or Female Model available. *If you had a cancellation and need a model with a flexible schedule we can usually accommodate. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

I rented this apartment for a photoshoot. The space was exactly as pictured! It was stunning, had a lovely ambiance and it even smelled good. SUPER clean (which is very important to me). The view is incredible! The hosts were so kind, and we'd definitely book again. Highly recommend!

A beautiful and well kept space. Perfect for all of your photography needs. I had a commercial client that wanted to show off their product in a home setting and this space allowed for us to do so beautifully. Not to mention the hosts were beyond kind and left us a complimentary wine bottle, checked in to make sure we knew where everything was, and overall were incredibly kind. I highly recommend this space to all.
